Dealing with an Intruder

If you encounter an intruder, remain calm and avoid confrontation. Find a safe place to hide or, if possible, leave the premises. Call emergency services immediately, provide your location, and follow their instructions. Do not attempt to confront or apprehend the intruder yourself.
